As requested, a waiver of the 15 day waiting period to begin operations is granted. Reforestation will be required after harvesting, with a minimum of 200 trees planted per acre. Reforestation activities, which may include site preparation, must begin within 12 months and planting needs to be completed within 24 months. Although it is recommended to plant 300 to 400 seedlings per acre, a minimum of 200 per acre must be free to grow within six calendar years after harvest. If this is a land use conversion (e.g. to agriculture) please fill out and return the land use change form (uploaded to this NOAP) to the Oregon Department of Forestry.
