FGSC proposes roadside spray in these areas. Approximately 51.3 miles could potentially be sprayed. All fish streams will be protected with a minimum 100 foot buffer. All non-classified streams will be protected with a minimum 10 foot buffer. FGSC requests a waver to start this project immediately.

On-site inspections may be conducted by Oregon Department of Forestry employees to ensure compliance with all laws and rules governing fire protection and forest practices on private land.

For activities or operations changing the land to a non-forest use, the applicant is advised to contact the appropriate local government regarding land use regulations which may apply to the future use or development of this site.)

    15 Day Waiting Period is waived within Lane County outside of 100' of any protected resource. Any activity within 100' of any Type F or D Stream will require a Statutory Written Plan and satisfaction of the 14 Day Public Comment Period.
