    "Comment" "We are deeply concerned about the safety of the Short Creek watershed for Oceanside. The health of humans, fish, and wildlife depends on clean water. Clearcutting will cause turbulence as steep hillsides erode and slide. Worse runoff from chemical spraying will add carcinogenic elements to our water supply. Please keep our water supply safe.     Fully implementing this written plan is likely to achieve the resource protection standards. This operation will be evaluated on the basis of how well required practices are applied and how well required resource protection is achieved.
