If your operation is not complete by the end of the current calendar year, you will need to submit in writing to the Western Lane District office a request to continue it into 2019. The window of time to request a continuation is between December 15 and February 28, but you are not allowed to work in the new year until your request is received by our office.

Because your operation is not within the ODF fire protection boundaries, any burning of slash must be done through LRAPA and is not under ODF jurisdiction for smoke regulation, but must still remain in compliance with Forest Practice rules.
