    During a 10/11/2018 site visit a concerned neighbor had advised that a log deck was within the 50 feet rma. I conducted a site visit and determined that a deck of logs was within the RMA but separated from the stream by a county road. No damage has occurred. A written plan is needed addressing the log deck within the rma. The operator has agreed to visit my office and submit a written plan for the deck that is within the rma. The written plan will be attached when received.
