The culvert was removed and this operation is in compliance. I would recommend that grass seed / hay mulch be placed exposed spoils to get vegetation on the site.

The removal of the temporary culvert is subject to weather conditions; based on current conditions the pipe should be removed by Oct.1, 2018. If this will be an issue, contact ODF to discuss.

On 07/18/2018 I spoke with Matt Samuelson on the phone. He was requesting to re-establish the temporary crossing. I gave him verbal permission to re-establish the temporary crossing, as long as it was removed by the end of the in-water work period. Ashley will follow up with a site visit when she returns from her fire assignment. Neal Bond.
