    Operation greater than 300 feet from osprey site, no written plan needed, although seasonal restrictions may apply within 600 feet. Small type F / D stream north of operation on Foster Tract. Written Plan required for any harvest activity within 50 feet of type F stream or 100 feet for burning activity. Waiver of 15 day waiting period granted for portions of operation not requiring a written plan.
