    The operation is for a select hazard tree removal behind the shop area. If this is the only area of operation and you intend to operate outside of the 100 ft RMA, no written plan is required.

    A written plan is required before operating within 100 feet of a type F stream as per OAR 629-605-0170 (2) before conducting an operation. A type F stream was located in the top portion of the harvest unit running from the SE to the NW through the harvest unit.

    This notification alone does not permit you to burn. In addition to your notification to burn slash, you need to also submit a smoke management registration at the Western Lane Office in Veneta and then get verbal permission from the smoke management team.
