    1) Walker & Orofino unit Tributaries to Cove creek are Small Nonfish, no instream work to include crossing until low water conditions have been approved by ODF & HLHL does not meet further review criteria 2) Jump Off Joe meets HLHL further review criteria, but field visit in 2015 determined open slope and residence is 50-100 above the level of the stream No further review required
