    Upon review, an Osprey nest was found near the area of operation. After further analysis, due the species and the nest site being over ¼ mile away from the closest area of operation, no restrictions exist in accordance to the FPA’s. An Eagle nest site was also found near the area of operations. Considering the nest site is also over 1/4mile away from the closest area of operation, no restrictions exist in accordance to the FPA’s. Resource review complete.

    A written plan with a map is required for an operation within 100 feet of a large lake per OAR 629-650-0005. Although this operation was originally continued and now resubmitted for the same operating area, a new written plan is required.
