An on-site pre-op meeting was held February 2 with all units reviewed. The operator will submit a written plan for stream protection measures for the thinning process. No other resource concerns exist with the proposed operation and the written plan will have a waiting period in the riparian buffer for fish streams. Work can commence outside the buffer but the waiting period applies to all work within the riparian buffer on Cherry Creek.
