Pre-op with Luke Ness today. He plans to selectively harvest no more than 50% of trees by diameter and species within the 100 RMA along the wetland. The streams are small type N. All slash will be burned on site outside the RMA Trees associated with the land use change are not near wetlands. The Written plan has a law mandated 14 day comment period. Written plan was emailed to ODA and ODFW.

The Walluski River is a large Type F stream and any operations within 100 ft will require a written plan. The side channels may be fish also. Please set up a pre-op if any operations are planned for within 100 ft of any stream. Landowner will need to complete a Request to be exempt from reforestation for area he intends to another use. Forms are available at the local ODF office.
