The State Forester has determined that your operation is not in conflict with the protection of the nesting site for the purposes of administering the Forest Practices Rules. No written plan is required. Compliance with the Forest Practice Rules does not guarantee compliance with the Federal Endangered Species Act. Persons conducting operations are subject to all federal requirements as well as any requirements administered under the Forest Practice Rules.
