    Protected Resources: Shark Creek, a medium fish stream. multiple domestic water intakes. If operations are going to take place within 70' of Shark Creek, a written plan would be required. Operation plans on staying 100' from Shark Creek. If roads are not existing, there would be a requirement to notify the road construction or reconstruction as a separate activity.
