    Property appears to be out of compliance with reforestation requirements. Out of compliance with Washington County taxation.

    NOAP reviewed. 15 day waiting period waived. Landowner and Operator please note, slash burning in this location is not regulated by the Department of Forestry and will likely be very restricted. The recommendation is to have a slash and debris management plan that utilizes alternative strategies.
