Landowner will work with Drakes Crossing Fire Department and Dept. of Agriculture to make burn arrangements. Material consists of old Christmas trees and stumps cleared for home site development which is regulated under Dept. of Ag.

Operator will need to register for slash burning for smoke management and be issued a burn permit prior to burning. Contact ODF office for details.
