Active eagle nest greater than 1/4 mile from operation boundary. Nest is missing (blown out?) from the in-active site which is within 1/4 mile of the operation. Seasonal restrictions for eagle nesting period not applied to this operation. Unable to locate osprey nest at recorded site. No suitable nest tree at the site. Site likely abandoned. No written plan or seasonal restrictions needed. If an osprey nest is discovered during the operation, cease further operations and contact ODF. Waiver of the 15 day waiting period granted.
