    OK to operate without fire engine on scene of logging operations through the end fire season 2017. Fire engine must be on site for pile burning during fire season.

    No operation within 100' of fish bearing streams or wetland areas without written plan, 14 day waiting period and consultation with state forester. OK to operate elsewhere. Cultural Resources may be present in parts of the operation. If cultural resources are identified, please take measures to protect them.
