    The 15 day waiting period is waived for all portions of the operation are greater than 100’ from Wilson Creek. Wilson Creek is a type D (Domestic Use) and type F (fish bearing) (furthest east portion) stream which is required to be protected according to OAR 629-635-0200.Written plans are required for any operation which takes place within 100’ of a Type F or Type D stream. Written Plan is required for the following: ORS 527. 670(3)(a) and OAR 629-605-0170(1)(a) for an operation within 100 feet of a Type F or Type D stream.
