    I called Ed Groves regarding the written plan requirement for operations within 100' of Vogel Creek and Vogel Creek Tributaries. Ed said they will not be operating within 100' of any streams therefore I am waiving the written plan requirement for this operation.

    A Written Plan with a map showing protected resources is required for operations within 100' of Vogal Creek a small fish bearing stream and two tributaries to Vogal Creek also small fish bearing streams.
