Notification reviewed. No operations can be within 110ft of Burbank Creek a Large Type F (fish-bearing) stream. The Unknown Type N streams running into Burbank Creek require a 75ft buffer for 600ft and then a 35-foot R-ELZ unless a flow permeance survey is completed then an ELZ would be applied. The 35-foot R-ELZ (retention-equipment limitation zone) is where disturbance from heavy equipment activity must be minimized, and all trees fewer than 6 inches in diameter at DBH and shrubs must be retained where possible. A Statutory Written Plan is required for any operation within 100ft of the Unknown Small Type N/D (Domestic) stream on the west portion of the unit. 2 wildlife trees at least 30 feet in height and 11 inches DBH or larger and 2 down logs per acre, at least 50 percent of which are conifers are required to be left in the unit on clearcuts 25 acres and when a combination of adjacent units when combined total over 25 acres.
