Additional documents may be needed if operating within 100 feet of the medium stream located in the operation area. Site visit has been scheduled for Thursday April 23rd at 1:00pm. Purpose of site visit will be to determine if stream is fish bearing or not. We will also discuss buffer widths on streams. Northern Spotted owl site is near the operation area. Your distance to the nest site is greater than 1/4 mile and is not line of site. A written plan will not likely be warranted. During site visit we will discuss the need for a written plan.
