Fully implementing this written plan will likely achieve the resource protection standards of the Forest Practices Act. This operation will be evaluated on the basis of how well required resource protection is achieved.

Compliance with the forest practices rules does not guarantee compliance with any federal requirements related to the federal Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service enforces the Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act.
