FPA protected resources office review complete. ***** One or more small non-fish streams appear to be located within or near the operation area. ***** This operation appears to be within 100’ of Middle Creek (L/F), Gravel Creek (M/SSBt) and an unnamed tributary to Middle Creek (S/F) which are required to be protected. Written plans are required to address protection measures needed for any herbicide application that takes place within 100’ or harvest operation that takes place within the RMA of a Type F, SSBt or D stream. The required written plan was received with the notification. The 14-day public comment period started the day the plan was received. The operation addressed in the plan may not begin until comments are provided by the SF or the additional 7-day comment period has ended (21 days total). ***** No other concerns or conflicts detected at this time.
