The following comment applies to the units in SF area 7304: ***** Amended written plan maps for operating near type F, SSBt or D streams received 3/15/2023 for units located in T31S R4W Sec36 (Sugar 2 & Sugar Daddy), T28S R3S Sec16 (Buck Ranch) and, T28S R4W Sec26 (S Slide Ck 4862 & N Slide Ck Harvest Unit 3713) and uploaded 3/16/2023. The 14-day public comment started the day the plan was received for these units. The map for the N slide creek units had been uploaded as an 'other document' to protect the location of the NSO location. ***** Received and uploaded non-statutory written plan for operating within a 1/4 mile of an NSO site: In regards to your non-statutory written plan for operating near a Northern Spotted Owl site: After reviewing your written plan, I offer you the following comments. This comment is for the southern part of the unit located in T26S R7W Sec16: This area is not in the written plan.
