Operation is within the Scenic Highway Buffer - do not operate within 300 feet of the highway without first establishing minimum retention requirements per ORS 527.755. Provide appropriate protection for all small type N streams. Waiver of the waiting period is granted only for those areas that are greater than 300 feet from the highway. Contact stewardship forester if planning to operate within the Scenic Highway Buffer and to discuss requirements (503-359-7439). Thank you
