    Waiver for the operation is granted. However the waiver does not apply to areas within 25 feet of wetlands. and the waiver does not apply to the RMA (100) feet of Beaver Creek.

    Wetlands are near the operation area but not within the operation area. Wetlands are not "significant wetlands" and do not require a 100 foot set back. However stream associated wetlands do require a 25 foot setback. If the operations are planned within 25 feet of wetlands a detailed written plan is required.
