Resource Review - 1) All streams SN 2) NSO activity center 2222O within 1/4 mile, but outside 300 ft. Written plan provided indicates no operations during critical nesting period. 3) Compliance with Forest Practices Act rules for spotted owls is not in lieu of compliance with any federal requirements related to the federal Endangered Species Act. Federal law prohibits a person from taking northern spotted owls. Taking under the federal law may include significant alteration of owl habitat on any class of land ownership. ODF encourages landowners to consult with the USFWS with regards to compliance with the federal ESA. 4) Must follow herbicide label instructions 5) Must follow all ODF fire prevention requirements when operating during fire season 6) Prior to burning, obtain a burn permit from ODF Medford office and follow all Smoke Management guidelines. 7) This operation is subject to the 2 up 2 down requirements 8) No conflict with other FPA protected resources
