    Written plan has been reviewed. Fully implementing this written plan is likely to achieve compliance with resource protection standards in the forest practice rules/law that it addresses. This operation will be evaluated on the basis of how well required practices are applied and how well required resource protection is achieved.

    The harvest area notified is within the area regulated for Sudden Oak Death (SOD) as per OAR 603-052-1230. As of the date of this comment, the area notified is within the Generally Infested Area and portions of the area are within 300 feet of the nearest known SOD infestation. A proximity map has been uploaded to show where the notification is in relation to infected locations. Please see the attached guide for information on harvesting within the Quarantine Area and contact Randy Wiese, ODF SOD Program, at randall.s.wiese@odf.oregon.gov (541) 294-8425 for any questions or further information on the areas affected by the quarantine restrictions.
