As requested by the Land Owner, a waiver of the written plan waiting period has been granted per written communication received by the state forester on 11/15/22. No activities waived within 100' of any protected resource nor that have a direct effect on any protected resource.

Written Plan with map received and reviewed on 11/15/22. Fully implementing this written plan will likely achieve the resource protection standards of Forest Practices Act. This operation will be evaluated on the basis of how well required resource protection is achieved.

Resource review complete. Multiple small unknown fish streams present within unit. A Statutory Written Plan is required for any activity that will directly affect the 50-foot RMA of unknown small Type F streams that show adequate livable space. As of 10/10/22 no stream survey's or written plan have been received.
