    A statutory Written Plan was submitted by the landowner and placed in the document section of this NOAP on June13, 2022. Do not operate within 100 feet of the protected resource (small Type F) until ODF issues Formal Comments to this Plan on June 28,2022 or if no Formal Comments are submitted, after the 21st day of when this plan was received.
