    -The purpose of this NOAP is to cover use of power driven machinery work along roads over the entire local ownership like grading, road side brushing, cross drain installation, removal of slide material off a road, etc. Any operations requiring FPA notification under OAR 629-605-0140 will require a separate NOAP and possible written plan.
