    Notification received. A Statutory Written Plan is required for any operational activity that is within 100 feet a Type F (fish-bearing) stream in Boulder Unit 4, Boulder Unit 14, Boulder Unit 17 and Boulder Unit 19. An approved PFAP is needed for; units exceeding 120 acres, if ground-based equipment will be operating on slopes exceeding 60% within 100 feet of any stream or on any slopes exceeding 80% and for harvesting in a scenic highway corridor.
