    Written plan received July 8th. If followed, it is likely to achieve required resource protection measures. Work can begin in RMA on July 22nd.

    Pre operation inspection looked at stream and wetland buffer requirements. Because the harvest is thinning only, the operator will be working within buffers. Submit written plan describing protection measures.
