Resource review complete for the activity ‘clearcut/overstory removal’ - no known resources identified during review. All streams within 100 feet of the activity area as indicated on this NOAP are small non-fish. Waiver of the 15-day waiting period is granted as requested by operator and activity may begin on 12/2/21.

This is not a burning permit – a separate burn permit is required. Prior to burning contact Kevin Geary (503-359-7459) for a burn permit and smoke management instructions. A physical copy of the Smoke Management Registration form was provided to the landowner on 12/1/21.

Areas of the operation being converted to non-forest use require completion of the attached 'LUC Reforestation Exemption' form, a detailed map of the conversion area and ODF approval. A physical copy of this form was provided to the landowner on 12/1/21.
