NOAP is a copy of #2019-730-04242. Office resource review complete. No concerns noted at this time. The 15 day waiting period is waived for all activities outside of the RMA for Salt Creek, a medium Type SSBT stream. Per the 3/28/19 conversation, I spoke with the operator on the phone and he said they would not be conducting any operations along the west side of the notified area along Salt Creek within the RMA.
