Per conversation with Craig Leech of Oregon State Parks, any tree cut within 30' of the OHW mark will be deemed a hazard tree in the park. This operation will be operating under PFAP to address OAR-629-642-0700 as per Nov. 2020 guidance and is approved. Leave trees will be established along with reforestation. Change of Operator and Timber Owner will be updated once known.
