    15 day waiting period information: Operation may begin on March 18, 2021. Waiver of waiting period is requested by operator and is approved.

    This notification alone does not permit you to burn. In addition to your notification to burn slash, once you have your slash piled, you must also submit a smoke management registration at the Western Lane Office in Veneta and then get verbal permission from the smoke management team. Please keep in mind that there is a 7 day waiting period after the day smoke registrations are submitted before you can request a burn day.
