    The Operator will need to use care to avoid impacting the medium Type F stream found across the road (see the document attached to this NOAP). The Operator has requested a waiver of the 15 day waiting period and I am granting this waiver provided Jim Crawford, landowner rep., makes the Operator fully aware of this protected resource.
