    Reviewed. A written plan or approved plan for alternate practice is required prior to harvesting within the 100ft RMA buffer of the North Santiam River. Hazard trees that are a threat to homes may be exempt from these requirements. The 15-day waiting period has been waived for hazard tee removal and salvage in areas outside the stream buffer.
