    Talked to S. Mobley (Operator) and he said to continue for 2016 as little work was done last summer and may be done this summer. New expiration date is 12/31/2016 Scott Mobley correct phone # is 541-219-1240

    After further discussion; ODF has edited this notification/PDM to include only those activities being conducted by Scott Mobley; Dog Lake Construction. ODF determined it would be better, under this new process, to notify for each operator and the activities specific to that operator. This may change over time as the FERNS program is refined but currently this will be easiest for tracking purposes and sharing of documentation with other agencies. Kellie
