Fully implementing the attached written plan is likely to achieve the resource protection standards. This operation will be evaluated on the basis of how well required practices are applied and how well required resource protection is achieved. Wind firm buffer was not specifically addressed in written plan but exclusion area includes the wind firm buffer.

Uploaded goetech memo to documents section. Regarding the public safety review for 2 structures within the further review areas of HLHL slopes. Both Structures are assigned a down slope public safety risk factor of SUBSTANTIAL. The risk factor means that harvest and road building is not allowed on the HLHL areas identified within attached memo and map. A wind firm buffer is also required as part of the HLHL restrictions. Non-statutory written plan will be required for harvest on slopes identified on memo.

Re-notification from 2 previous notifications that were not harvested under, previous numbers were 2018-772-07916 & 2019-772-03298. The operation has steep or erosion-prone slopes or high landslide hazard locations. No ground-based machinery activity may occur on slopes which are steep or erosion-prone within 100’ of any stream or on high landslide hazard locations, without a State Forester approved Plan for Alternate Practice. Prior notification had HLHL review by ODF Geo-tech, will upload to notification and post down slope exposure categories.
