    A statutory Written Plan was submitted by the landowner and placed in the document section of this NOAP on July 27, 2020. Do not operate within 100 feet of the protected resource (small fish stream) until ODF issues Formal Comments to this Plan on August 11, 2020 or if no Formal Comments are submitted, after the 21st day of when this plan was received.

    Fire season is in effect. Have required fire equipment and tools on site including providing Watchman service. No smoking.
