Reviewed NOAP after conversation with Chad Scofield and question as to stream classification in operation. Arranged Electroshock survey of West Fork Deer Creek Tributary with ODFW for Tuesday May 5th to determine stream type. Prior stream survey (1998) does not reflect current rules for end of fish (culvert).
