Compliance with the forest practice rules does not guarantee compliance with the federal Endangered Species Act. Parties conducting operations are subject to all federal requirements as well as any requirements administered under the forest practice rules. The federal Endangered Species Act is enforced by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.

Remember: All streams are Small Type N, no instream work to include crossing without ODF approval of low water conditions, all stream crossings must meet 50 year peak flow as described in ODF Tech Note 5. Clearcuts cannot total greater than 120acres. NSO Site is within 600ft of Unit 2, the attached written plan and identified core area is still valid. Areas of potential HLHL slopes exist within the area of operation. No activity on slopes greater than 70% without further review by ODF Geotech. Remember to follow all ODF fire regulations when operating during fire season or burning.
