    Regarding the attached Written Plan for an Alternate Practice modifying: OAR 629-605-0175(2), involving conducting operations that result in a single harvest type 3 unit, or combination of harvest type 3 units that exceed the contiguous 120 acre limit on a single ownership: This plan is approved for the stand damaged by the 2019 MP 97 Fire.

    • FPA protected resources office review complete. • The unit appears to be within 100’ of a Type F stream (West Fork Canyon Creek) which is required to be protected and have written plans addressing those protection measures. The required written plan was received with the notification. Your plan is subject to a 14-day comment period which started the day the plan was received (01/15/2020).
