A written plan is required to address the protection measures needed along Fishtrap - T: Small Type F Stream and the significant wetland. Also the Bald Eagle nest within 1/2 mile should be addressed. The required written plan was received with the notification. Your plan is subject to a 14-day comment period. The operation addressed in the plan may not begin until comments are provided by the SF or the additional 7-day comment period has ended (21 days total). Any sub-contractors must be notified of the provisions in the written plan. "
