Added "Treatment of Slash" as an activity, obtain a Burn Permit prior to burning any slash piles and comply with smoke management regulations.

1) No conflict with protected resources. 2) If this is a conversion to a land use not compatible with forest tree cover, a required Plan for Alternate Practice and plan approval is needed before harvesting.
